Dump Database
This builds a single .sql file with a CREATE TABLE statement and an INSERT for every row, plus every view, function, stored procedure, and trigger's definition - everything needed to recreate the database elsewhere.
How long it takes depends entirely on how much data is in here - a small database finishes in seconds, a big one could take a while. You'll get a toast the moment it starts; after that, check your browser's own downloads for progress - the file streams straight to disk as it goes, so there's no "finished" signal this page can show you.
It uses GO batch separators around views/procedures/functions/triggers, same as sqlcmd/SSMS/Azure Data Studio - this app's own SQL tab understands GO too, or paste it into any of those instead. Common data types and cross-object references within this same database are handled, but we can't guarantee the output for every edge case a real database can throw at it - treat it as a strong starting point, not a guaranteed drop-in restore, and check it over before relying on it.
Export CSV
Applies to all column types, including bit columns. Empty strings remain empty. When re-importing NULL text, enable “Treat the exact text NULL as database NULL”. Literal text NULL will also be treated as NULL by that import option.
Import CSV
| CSV column | Table column | Missing values |
|---|
Requires the CSV to include every primary key column with a value.
Missing value defaults
These settings apply unless you customize a mapped nullable column above. Changing the destination column resets its override.
These options only apply to destination columns that allow NULL. When unchecked, values remain text, including empty strings for text columns. Empty values may fail validation for other column types. Leading and trailing whitespace is trimmed as usual; whitespace-only values count as empty.
Generate rows
Fills in random, made-up data based on each column's name and type (e.g. a column named Email gets a fake email address) - not real people's information.
Two-Factor Authentication
Scan this with your authenticator app, or enter the code manually, then confirm with the 6-digit code it generates.
